For groceries shopping, you can go to Hypermart (WTC BSD and Lippo Karawaci), Carrefour (ITC BSD), Superindo (BSD Plaza), Giant (Villa Melati Mas and BSD Square), Hero (Living World, Alam Sutera) and Farmer’s Market (Summarecon Mall Serpong)

For clothing shopping, you can go to some famous Department Store such as Matahari and Debenhams (Lippo Karawaci), Star (Summarecon Mall Serpong), and some factory outlets in BSD. For book lover, you can go to Times (Lippo Karawaci) and Gramedia (Teraskota, Lippo Karawaci and Summarecon Mall Serpong)

Other entertainment options are movie and dining.There are Blitz that located in Teraskota, BSD which played some movie from other country beside Hollywood Movie. XXI which is the biggest cinema in Indonesia and XXI Premiere are at BSD Plaza Summarecon Mall Serpong, Living World and Lippo Karawaci.

For food lover, welcome to BSD where any food can be found here. There is a new dining district in central of BSD City called BSD Square and at Alam Sutera called Flavor Blizz. If you are looking for cafe, you can visit Benton Junction in Lippo Karawaci.

Shopping in Serpong can be very cheap. ITC & BSD Junction still become the most favorite shopping place for Serpong community. It is the best place for buying clothes at the cheapest prices. Bargaining is necessary here. For electronics, E-Center, Supermal Karawaci (Lippo Karawaci) and Electronic Solution is Teraskota will be the best options.

There are 2 modern markets that can be your option, namely BSD Modern Market (BSD City) and Pasar Sinpasa (Gading Serpong). There is also Flohmak Market BSD as the flea market for used goods (secondhand goods) in Granada Square. However it only opens on Saturday and Sunday. The price is very cheap and negotiable, but the quality of the goods is reliable since in general they come from middle class community in BSD City.

If you want to buy building material or home accesories, you can go to Depo Bangunan or BJ Home as supermarket for building materials and Index and Infoma in Living World for home accesories.

There is a local television in Serpong, Banten: Cahaya TV Banten (CTV Banten).

The TV station is free on-air TV. In Serpong, there are some areas are ready for cable TV subscription (pay TV), such as Kabelvision and Telkonvision. You can find the schedule at http://www.kabelvision.com/. Satellite dish is also available (Indovision and Astro). With cable/satellite TV you can watch CNN, CNBC, HBO, National Geography channels and other international TV channels.

Ocean Park Water Adventure is thematic water park in BSD City, Tangerang Selatan (Kota), Banten. With 8,5 ha wide, there are Kiddie Pool for 2-3 years, 3-7 years and 7-12 years; Adventure Pool for adults with waterfall, 1,5 m wave in Pacific Wave with the Carribean river, and Tower Slides.
