There are many apartments near the BINUS University and BINUS International School – Simprug. If you want to find a rented house to stay, normally you have to prepare the money to pay at least 6 months in advance. The rental fee difference between house and apartment is not too significant. If you live in a house, you have to do all maintenance by yourself (such as gardening, etc) and also there are no facilities available such as swimming pool, fitness center, etc.
